Javascript from panel is removed #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create two panels with javascript code within them such as a slide show.
2. Click the navigation link for second panel and then click back to the first 
panel.
3. View source and you'll notice javascript code for the slide show was removed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected for the Javascript slide show code to remain in the content panel.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1 on Mac OS X Loin running Google Chrome
