Panel does not switch. Just disappears #7

I have three buttons. Web, Graphic, and Print. When I click Any of them the 
content fades out, but is not switched out. I have the "switcher" class on my 
nav buttons, I have the "switcher-content show" on my web button and the last 
two buttons have a class of "switcher-content." I also have my "switcher-panel" 
div and the css styling within my styles so what am I missing?
