fix growing berry bush

• fixes bone mealing an age 1 growing bush from going to future bush instead of age 2 first
• fixes growing bushes being able to be harvested (fixes #69)
• use abstract classes instead of weird code thing (probably thonkmans fault tbh)
• fix the deprecation warning from nightconfig
