Minor: Symlinking the webp-express plugin folder breaks "Redirection to converter" functionality #519

Symlinking wp-content/plugins works, but symlinking wp-content/plugins/webp-express does not. It breaks the "Redirection to converter" functionality and the "Create webp files upon request" functionality.

The problem stems from WebPExpress taking for granted that webp-express plugin folder resides in plugins
