Minor: Allow getting info about conversions even though its in a scope that is not selected #523

It is harmless. And it will prevent errors when user: 1) Opens the conversion manager 2) Changes the scope setting on the Settings page (ie in another tab) 3) Browses to an image in the conversion manager
