adding new reporting client details here:

  1. impersonate client

  3. Apply filters for billable and label = Web Maintanence
  4. Per client 15h38m displayed is correct
  5. Export csv
  6. total of all entries is 2146m. which is incorrect. total based on report values 15h38m s/b 938m.
  7. reporting client is 25078 and client user is 429116 https://forecastapp.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/1782

this is still not correct in client account. I created a new report since the one I had was no longer available. I applied the filters on Billable and Label = Web Maintenance, saved and exported. The total tiem entries still shows 2146m. This should show 938m as the report total is 15h38m. Can you check this one again? Here's the link to the report I used today, https://app.forecast.it/saved-report/time-registered/U2F2ZWRSZXBvcnRUeXBlOmU3NGEzOWZmLTNkMzktNDJjMS05ZWUwLTUwYTgzMWQyMTY1OA==. I attached an image and the export file I just pulled today.
