Put the sim data in different repository #105

Takes way too long to install and uses loads of space adding the simulation folder in /tmp before removing it as it's not in build.

@bradduthie hold fire on pushing any data. I'm setting up a new repository for it (pushing now) which I've invited you too. When it's got some folders in, it's ready to pull and add your files to. Then I'll delete the simulations folder from this repo.

Will do @rosemckeon -- all three simulations are still running, but do you want me to move the files and push what I have so far? I see 10, 10, and 15 RDA files thus far.

That's good progress, I think you might have more than me. I was trying to be clever and filter out the simulations folder into a new repository to keep the commit history intact... but it's complaining about pack size soooo yeah just push whenever you're ready @bradduthie and I'll add my files gradually too.

Nice @rosemckeon -- definitely something interesting to talk about! I'm about to clone now and push the RDA files that I have currently.
