Plot inbreeding coefficients #80

The inbreeding value (T/F) is a measure of homozygosity for locus 2. The proportion of TRUE values will give the inbreeding coefficient.

I should be able to plot changes to this coefficient over time and examine differences between ploidy levels.

I'll need to check if this is technically the inbreeding coefficient for polyploids -- my intuition is that it's not the inbreeding coefficient per se, but it's almost definitely what we want to model (i.e., the thing that is relevant for decreasing fitness with increasing inbreeding)
