Create life cycle graph #81

Create a familiar life cycle graph for the life stages modelled in this system.

Include details of how each transition probability is accounted for or calculated by the model.

I'm not sure my notation for how growth rate is involved makes sense. Let me know if you think I need to add anything! When I've found the NULL parameter levels I'll add those values in.

Sorry @rozeykex , meant to comment on this earlier. Overall, this looks good, though we might want to make some small tweaks to the notation (might be better to separate mortality due to competition versus density-independent effects more clearly).

Given the way you have described all of the parameters, it seems clear that all of the pathways (P_ss, P_sj, etc.) can be modulated using the parameters of your IBM, if needed?
