printing now exposed in webkit - should be in pywebkit #15

printing is now exposed in webkit, so it'd be nice to have it supported in
pywebkit as well.  thanks

Which version of WebKit? I looked at the current HEAD version and I don't it's
exposed there.

Printing is not exposed in WebKit/Gtk, at least in ToT. Kindly reopen this once 
you
have the WebKit/gtk version that has printing exposed.
