[FEATURE] Add a “later” button to goals the way Google Goals did #8

With Google Goals you used to be able to click a "later" button and it would move the goal forward to the next suitable free spot on your calendar.

This is a great feature, it will be added in a future update :)

Will it also be possible to do the task earlier? (Copy from #34: I also would like to be able to easily reschedule to an earlier time. Eg I have some time and complete a goal that has been scheduled for the nextt day, the task should be moved to today's and future occurrences should automatically be rescheduled)
