[FEATURE] “Learn” when we want goals to be scheduled #9

In Google Goals, if you rescheduled a goal via Google Calendar it would pop up a message saying "Google is learning the best times to schedule your goals" (or words to that effect).

Currently Goaly doesn't "learn" based on your changes
This could be added as a future update to make Goaly more accurate when scheduling your goals
