Fix GNSS support #58

This PR finished up GNSS support for the revo. No huge changes; the largest is changing baud rate detection to not block, and adding support for reconnecting if the connection is lost (this takes several seconds). Also includes the removal of unused code.

As a note, the branch name is because I really managed to screw up git, and made a new branch to fix things.
