When running SIL GIT_VERSION_HASH and GIT_VERSION_STRING were not set. Now the firmware version shows up in output of rosflight_io.

PS, do you see anything wrong with updating the rosflight_firmware/firmware submodule to master? Or at least 1.2.0?
