Update ROSplane messages for alternate flight modes. #45

Something we'd like to add to ROSplane is the ability to use the transmitter to control flight modes that are intermediate to fully autonomous flight. This could include controlling bank angle with the roll axis, changing airspeed and altitude setpoints with throttle and pitch axis, etc. This would be useful for tuning as it would make it easier to test the inner loops of the autopilot, and make it easier to fly certain missions where the exact location of where you want to fly may not be known or may be changing with time.
