Adding (and removing) a device should cause routing tables to be updated #116

Routing tables are left out of date when new nodes are added or old ones 
removed. Routing tables of other nodes should be updated when adding/removing 
nodes.

This may well require a heal network / request node neighbor update for the 
entire network which may not be a good idea to do automatically at add / remove 
node time.
