unable to bind tkb home TZ68E z wave plug to Razberrypi #474

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.started razberrypi, TKB home Z-wave plug in auto control mode
2. opened IP_of_Razberry:8083 in browser to monitor plug status in z-wave UI
3. shows the error as attached in Razberrypi terminal and error in browser is 
in attached screenshot.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 expected output in browser should be status of the plug and its 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
razberrypi model B+ with z-wave daughter card from vesternet as controller and 
TKB home TZ68E z-wave plug

What branch of the code were you using? (if you just followed the
instructions on the source checkout page, then say trunk.. if you checked
out a branch, please let us know what branch it was)

python code is written to read parameters of ths Z-wave plug

Please include the file OZW_Log.txt from your program. Make sure the file
zwcfg*.xml is NOT present.

Please provide any additional information below.

OZW is not the same as Z-Way. Suggest you report your bug at the zwave.me site 
instead...
