Updated the README files with manual installation information and dependencies. The installation of the Python library (rxros2.py) is not tested yet. I shall do this tomorrow.

Hi Gijs,

I had some problems to get access to the a RxROS2_candidae this afternoon. But it is OK now. I did some changes to the README files of the old repo (RxROS2). I will move them tomorrow when you are ready with the RxROS2_candidae.

Now I will do some proofreading.

I'm going to close this PR, as we'll replace the repository with the restructured version.

Your changes will still be present on your issue2 branch, so they won't be lost.

I suggest you resubmit the PR against the new master.
