Camera tutorial not sending images #231

For the reference tutorial application as described [here](http://wiki.ros.org/android/Tutorials/indigo/Installation - ROS Development Environment#Core_Library_Application)

ok : image view widget switches back and forth between cameras on a tap.
ok : connects to the ros master (at least toast pops up) and doesn't when there is no ros master
not ok : nothing on rosnode list on the pc side
not ok : no image topics popping up on the pc side
