Hydro compilation failing #22

This is just a heads up here. There are dependency problems and perhaps others as well. Known problems:

https://github.com/rosjava/rosjava_bootstrap/issues/48 : hydro [0.0,) version dependencies are pulling in indigo releases sitting on maven.

Leaving these for now - this would only be trouble for someone building from source. You can always grab the existing deb, or artifacts from maven for your own projects. Would like to put the energy into indigo.
