Updated maven usage in README with version 1.2.0 #23

Changed the usage in the README so that the Maven Usage section has the new version (1.2.0)

I intended to make this change after the release - this way README remains valid. Anyway, 1.2.0 is now available in Maven Central and your pull request has been merged. Note that README contains additional version information that was updated with release - command for running example service (See commit f24119)
