What firmware are your units on?
The proper Onceta app will tell you
The one which is not working has this unit software 20003002 and indorr unit EEPROM 12FC, firmware version 1_25_0 and WiFi module (BRP069C4x).
Another unit which I have previously integrated with HA has firmware version 1_14_84 and WiFi module BRP069B4x.
I have two Perferas with 1_12_84 which work, and it wants me to update to 1_25_0, which I shall hold off doing until this this resolved!
Are you savvy with software development? would be good to get the debugger attached. If so LMK and I can help you
I'll try and help you with this soon, for now that data includes your API tokens, i suggest you change your daikin account password and use whatever security feature they offer to invalidate past tokens before the internet starts controlling your AC :D
Thanks for the heads up, did the recommended actions. I'm looking forward for a solution as soon as you'll sort it out for your Perfera ACs.
Hi There,
Wanted to let you know i probably expierience the same issue.
indoor unit software: 2000AF02 EEPROM: 1300 Wifi Module: BRP069C4x
If it is helpfull to provide some more info, please let me know.
Appreciating your help.
TNX
UPDATE: Ok, i’ve got it working now. I have no idea if what i did was the solution but it is working now. In the daikin app i had added my device as a airco unit instead of a specific perfera unit. So i removed the unit from the app and set up the wifi etc from scratch and added it to the app again.
i can confirm that it is working :
BRP069C4x Firmware: 1.25.0 indoor unit software: 2003002 EEPROM 12FE
Added as Perfera AC (FTXM25R2V1B)
I have extended another integration with support for reading all Daikin AC values (no control yet), maybe try https://github.com/jwillemsen/daikin_residential_altherma/tree/jwi-allsensorsupdate and see if that gives you values.
Hi Johnny,
I have installed and configured this integration, but tnfortunately I cannot see any Daikin unit. Please see below screenshot:

I don't see a screenshot, please enable debug logging and attach the device diagnostics and log file here.
Maybe you can try https://github.com/jwillemsen/daikin_residential_altherma/tree/jwi-climatecontrolrework, see also https://github.com/speleolontra/daikin_residential_altherma/pull/205, that integration now also has support for Daikin AC units, 95% ready
I can confirm my wall mounted and floor standing Preferas on firmware 1_28_0 work fine
I have the same issue with BRP069C4x and two Perfera-Units. I can connect, but I do not get any devices. See attached log and diagnostics info. Please help! config_entry-daikin_residential-b9c2940b63d165b59628e63bfb3c379d.json.txt home-assistant.log
Have you added them as a perfera ac as mentioned in some comments?
Maybe a newer api version, in https://github.com/rospogrigio/daikin_residential/blob/7d6649841a9ca8f96059352fb43b99585e56af4e/custom_components/daikin_residential/daikin_api.py#L482 try v2 instead of v1, just a guess from my side
@Daikin-europe, any insights?
Have you added them as a perfera ac as mentioned in some comments?
OK, I see what you mean. Now I have Covid, and afterwards I will give it a try. Thanks!
Hi,
I've just installed daikin_residential and configured it, but after this successful operation I don't see any Daikin entities listed under this integration. From what I see in the logs, the token is correctly retrieved and the integration is connected to Daikin servers.
Also, I have deleted all entities from previous integration as I added a new AC with the new WiFi module (BRP069C4x). Attached you can find the debug logs from the integration. I have modified personal info and the token.
