Why would it be giving this logger error, even though it seems to be working fine??

I too am getting this error. In my case I am using various Tuya power meters and plugs. As far as I know, it always sees to affect the switch DPS of devices. But it seems very random. ie I have lots of plugs of the same model configured the same way. And often they are working fine. But then one will get this error and I will get constant entries in the log repeatedly and it does not seem to go away.

The DPS complained about if often 1, because this is often the switch. But it can also be other DPS related to the switch, like 9 and 16 if that is the switch on the device.

Restarting tuyalocal or HA, or the appliance might or might not fix it, or might swing the issue to another device. If it fixes the DPS issue, I can have issues with : 2023-02-21 00:45:04.924 WARNING (MainThread) [custom_components.localtuya.common] [bf4...c0v] Failed to connect to 192.168.195.161: [Errno 113] Connect call failed ('192.168.195.161', 6668)

often for a range of devices.

I suspect related to this, at times when adding and configuring devices, DPS 1 is not "discovered" even though at other times with the same device it is.

This happened with 5.0.0. But I am now also running the 5.1.0 beta0 and it has the same problem.

Further to the update above, here is the specific error messages :

Logger: custom_components.localtuya.switch Source: custom_components/localtuya/pytuya/init.py:255 Integration: LocalTuya (documentation, issues) First occurred: 4:36:43 PM (1066 occurrences) Last logged: 4:52:49 PM

[bf5...dxd] Entity switch.aircon_meter_v2_local_switch is requesting unknown DPS index 9 [bf4...2bo] Entity switch.atorch4_local_toggle_power is requesting unknown DPS index 9

In both cases, DPS 9 on these devices is some sort of switch, which often does not seem to work consistently in Local Tuya.

When I get these, there tends to be 1000s in the logs over a relatively short period of time.

Reboot often fixes the issue.
