Blinds stuck as "Opening..." or "Closing..." in HomeKit exposed by Home Assistant #1174

I saw that many people also have this issue with homebridge-tuya-web plugin (for homebridge, not home assistant), so it can be a good start if someone wants to pick this up to debug.

Basically if I set the position of my blind manually it always stuck as "Opening..." or "Closing..." in homekit, the good news is that at least it does what I commanded.

Now If I tap to close or tap to open (instead of setting the position), then it reflects correctly the state.
