No devices listed in 'Add a new device' while Cloud API is setup

The problem

I'm trying to setup first RGB-lamp with LocalTuya. It is currently working without problems with the HA core tuya integration. I have setup LocalTuya as described with Cloud API. However when I then try to 'Add a new device', my lamp is not listed. I can only choose the '...' option. I also tried with the version from master, but this gives the same result. I also removed the core tuya integration and tried again with only localtuya enabled, but this also gives the same result.

Environment

Localtuya version: tried with 4.1.1 & master
Last working localtuya version (if known and relevant): -
Home Assistant Core version: 2022.12.8 (on HA OS 9.4)
[x] Are you using the Home Assistant Tuya Cloud component ?
[x] Are you using the Tuya App in parallel ?

Steps to reproduce

Add localtuya
Configure Cloud API & finish successfully
Open Configure > Add a new device > only see the '...' option

Configuration `configuration.yaml` or `config_flow`

DP dump

Provide Home Assistant taceback/logs

I enabled logging, but they mention nothing about localtuya

exactly the same behavior at my Home Assistant.

local tuya: 4.1.1
Home Assistant OS: 2022.12.8

Difference at my setup:

I want to add two battery powered temperature/humidity sensors (later on door/window sensor's as well) Are these supported ?? Documentation says [Climates] are supported. For my understanding a temperature sensor is a climate. or is it not?

I have a very similar problem. I only see my Zigbee/tuya gateway in the list, i also have 7 TVRs and some contact sensors and temperature/humidity sensors. None of them is shown. What can i try? I already revoked the IOT Core and used two different tuya accounts, dont know what to try else.

Hello, Same issue for a door sensor Tuya configured with Smartlife. My cloud connection is ok but no device to add. No mention with keyword "tuya" in debug logs.
