Tuya Heater Configuration #1583

Hi,

I recently brought a TCP Smart Heater, which works on the Tuya app. Im trying to get this set up in HA and thought it was a case of just adding the device and i would be ready to go. Just adding the device only gives me the option to turn the heater on and off and nothing else. Looking online all i can find it HVAC information but this doesnt really help as it is a small portable heater. i used the information on here https://github.com/rospogrigio/localtuya/issues/1115#issuecomment-1359980253 which got it to work but heating would not work it would just cool and nothing else, also the smart heater has an oscillation mode which i would like to use as well.

Can someone help please?

I also have this same issue - I have a WARME 24-HP heater, ive got it working and can adjust the temp as well as turn it off, but have no way of controlling modes between ECO/COMFORT/ANTIFROST etc

This may help with your issue in terms of turning it to heat mode - this is my config for the device:
