Failed to add Wifi Dual Meter #1653

The problem

When i add my new device, i have Two Choice with the same IP adress and different ID.

model WifiDualMeter PJ-1103a

Environment

Localtuya version: 5.2.1
Home Assistant Core version:2024.1.6
[x] Does the device work using the Home Assistant Tuya Cloud component ? [x]
[] Does the device work using the Tinytuya (https://github.com/jasonacox/tinytuya) command line tool ?
[] Was the device working with earlier versions of localtuya ? Which one?
[x] Are you using the Tuya/SmartLife App in parallel ? [x]

Steps to reproduce

1.Click on "Add New Device"

Provide Home Assistant traceback/logs

put your log output between these markers

I have the same device and I am able to add the device to localtuya but it does not automatically create any sensors and asks me to create them myself:

Per tuya IoT Platform API Explorer, it is:

    "model": "PJ1103A",
    "name": "WIFI Dual Meter",
    "product_name": "WIFI Dual Meter"
