Does anyone have a solution to this as I'm having the same issue. I followed all the steps in the instructions to create a project and find the appropriate keys, but I get the error message.

Same issue here. I created a new cloud project, and granted all the permissions I think. My device is visible in the Tuya IoT Platform page.

FYI, for me it seems to connect after a while. Maybe some provisioning in the Tuya Cloud needed to happen?

Same issue. I fix it just by going on Cloud > Cloud Services > IoT Core and authorized my project.
