Are Your devices on the same wifi network as the ha server? I had such situation when i've changed the wifi that ha is connected to(i have two wifi networks in my house). All devices worked(ip routing obviously:) but i had no discovered devices in "Add new device" window.

Yes, ha host is in a Lab VLAN and Tuya devices in IoT VLAN
I have no experience with VLANs- don't know if the tuya discovery function can work through it. Can You try - for testing- move the ha server to IoT VLAN?
I too am having this issue. In my case, my HA instance is on a wired connection and my Tuya devices are on a wireless VLAN (some of them are bluetooh devices via a Tuya gateway). TuyaLocal (which I removed before installing LocalTuya) could discover devices fine (I am trying to use LocalTuya instead as TuyaLocal does not support my ceiling fans).
The problem
Configured the integration and no errors, When I try to discover my current devices, nothing is showing up. All of my tuya devices are working fine with the app. Home Assistant host is in another vlan than devices
