Hello, I'd appreciate any help that you might be able to offer with a problem I'm experiencing in connecting a new Tuya hosted device to HA. I have had Tuya Local installed for a while now with a single device (a diffuser lamp) working perfectly. I recently bought a wi-fi burglar alarm siren (also supporting Tuya) and wanted to add this to HA.

Following online guidance, I created a new Tuya IoT platform project and added both devices to the new project. I then used the "Reconfigure cloud API account" option for the Tyua Local integration to pick up the new service and was able to add the auto-discovered diffuser without any issues. The siren however was not auto-discovered, so I entered the details manually. In response I see...

I've checked and checked again, but can't see the error in what I have entered. Moreover, looking at the integration diagnostics, I see...

which would indicate that the integration has successfully retrieved data from the Tuya IoT platform, but is for some reason unable to reach the siren, although it is up and connected to the wi-fi - verified from the Tuya app and my router log.

Any thoughts on how I can address this would be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Hello, I have a same issue, did you have a solution ?

I reverted to the official Tuya integration and all worked as it should. I'd rather not be using this, but until this is addressed, I don't think I have an alternative.
