Hello folks, i'm facing this error but i don't know why...

"Connection to device succeeded but no datapoints found, please try again. Create a new issue and include debug logs if problem persists."

Here some details of my setup:

i'm currenty running my hassio istance in a cloud VM hosted in contabo DC. The istance is a docker container updated al the latest possible version as the custom component Localtuya. Everything at network level just works as it should. Form IoT network i can reach hassio and viceversa.

IoT net 10.60.3.0/24 Contabo private net 10.60.0.0/24

i'm tring to add this gateway and this switch

No matter what i've tried i can't get out of this situation.

All info (Device ID, Local Key, Host) are 100% correct and retrivered from tuya dev account using APIs.

I'm having this issue with Aegislink Smoke and CO detectors. I've rebooted a number of times, closed the SmartLife App, disabled Internet access on my IoT VLAN, still no luck. It's either no datapoints, or unknown error.

Same issue with Atis IP-box (BCom Majic IPBox). image All my devices in one subnet. Walked through the steps above with no luck. Also I can manage my device in IOT Tuya platform and operate in Tuya smart APP. There are a couple smart sockets already added to localtuya and still work perfect with all DPs. Maybe I should share some additional info to help proceed this issue, or someone can share any ideas? Thanks in advice.

You won´t believe my solution. After a lot of days losted and reading forums with "no datapoints found" problem, I have solve the problem only closing tuya and smartlife apps and after it adding normally to local tuya in HA
