Cannot Retrieve device list.

Problem

Cannot configure API Access. Client ID, Secret, and User have been working for months, The same credentials works for HA Tuya if I temporarily set it up, as well, I can manually perform the API calls using these same credentials and pulls devices just fine.

Environment

• Localtuya version: v4.0.0
• Last working localtuya version (if known and relevant):
• Home Assistant Core version: 2022.6.6
• [] Are you using the Home Assistant Tuya Cloud component ?
• [] Are you using the Tuya App in parallel ?

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade to 4.0.0
2. Try to configure cloud access to utilize the new features such as grabbing local key etc to not have to do manually. On existing Local tuya integration, or +new integration Configure -> Reconfigure api key -> input Client ID, Secret, and account, select US (as devices are added to western data center)
3. Submit, recieve

Same problem here, the Tuya integration work well with my credential but same error on LocalTuya.
