Checklist tweaks

Just a few checklist tweaks from this ticket.

• Make checklist sub-categories heading smaller, too big at the moment
• Make the checklist item progress indicator clickable
• Make the checklist item status iconography appear on the item view
• Make the checklist counts clickable on the dashboard
