Button add category #127

Added button and basic interface as well as form for adding and modifying categories.

  1. need to get form submitting
  2. @leejsinclair mate can you see if you can get the X showing for categories
  3. added ability to delete category using DELETE request must send JSON {"category": ":category_name"}
