Add in a tooltip to the checklist progress indicator. #130

looks good to me :+1: @leejsinclair thoughts on this implementation? I'd imagine a directive would be possible? but not necessary?

Technically the status icon is complicated enough to be a directive. Although a tooltip is probably not the tipping point. So adding a tooltip this way is fine.

However the status icon does try to communicate a lot of information. Providing this information as 'mystery meat' I.e. hover to find out what something is, is a bit of a worry.

I've got a feeling that this control should be split into two, 1. Current status, and 2. Progress. On Oct 7, 2013 1:52 AM, "rosscdh" notifications@github.com wrote:

@leejsinclair @jamieconnolly shall we deal with that in another ticket once things have stabilised?
