Currently this plugin does not install with Python 2 while Mkdocs supports it. This change aligns the Python requirements with Mkdocs.

Hey there, thanks for the PR!

I'm happy to merge this but tbh, its time to move to retire 2.7 and we should all be moving to 3 asap.

Thanks. This plugin works fine with 2.7. The topic came up with mkdocs and Python 2.7 was left in for now. https://github.com/mkdocs/mkdocs/issues/1288
