godseye.yml:revert build action version #3

I just learned a bit about github actions and versions. Let's set this to v1. All future 1.x.x releases of this action will point to the v1 tag.

@rossenburgg Once you fix that texture I'll rebase, push, and the test should complete and the artifact should upload.
