Use Vue

The plain unstyled HTML site was fun for a while but I'm kind of sick of it now.

• [x] Switch to Vue using https://github.com/rossjrw/series-replace as a template
• [x] Load each entry from toml or something
• [x] Display technologies with each project along with nice colours
• [x] Images
• [ ] On scroll animations with AOS

There's no AOS, but I don't think it needs it right now.
