[ISSUE] Playback Issue on actual device #36

I've been able to set this up and test it with my phone and also with the dev console. However, when I ask an Alexa device, it tells me that "playing music by provider navi sonic is not supported". No contact is made with the instance.

I've double checked the settings, and they seem to be correct.

Hi @jagauthier,

Thanks for logging the issues. For this one can you confirm what you are actually saying. You will need to open the still first unfortunately. The conversation should be something like!

Alexa open Navi Sonic Wait till you hear Alexa say "ready" Play music by The Rolling Stones etc..
