You need to open the skill to use it, say Alexa, open Navisonic.

  1. Alexa, open Navisonic
  2. What is playing?

The Workaround which is working is to directly ask alexa to ask the app with the command.

Alexa Ask Navisonic What is Playing?

Similarly Ask navisonic to star this song. Ask navisonic to unstar this song. Ask navisonic to play rock music Ask navisonic to play playlist "Playlist Name"
