I've just prepped the Zootaxa 2001 to 2005 file for you. As per usual catalogue numbers go in column A.
Early Zootaxa papers don't have DOI's so in that paper ID column, is the 'zootaxa ID' e.g. zt00513. Best we can do I'm afraid.
It's a lot of rows but it's also a lot of entomological entries which aren't going to indicate specific catalogue numbers. Just record each as 'notspecific' (i.e. they represent a unique BMNH specimen but there's no specific resolvable catalogue number given). The 4000+ rows only come from 314 papers. So hopefully not too much work.
