update archiving of repos and data #26

Heya KW and MR -

Here's a first pass at a high-level flow chart for data and code archiving. I'll send the newly-rendered chapter in teams.

Please review for clarity and to make sure this covers our general ethos here. I tried for MVP, so there is undoubtedly things I overlooked when writing this.

Note, this commit looks like I've altered other .Rmds, but it's just from re-wrapping when I rendered the bookdown. The only changes are to section 7.

Okay, last round of edits in this PR: remove all fourth-level headings per MR suggestion and add guidance regarding this to Section 10 about Documentation. I also added a bit of text generally about using {bookdown} and keeping the repository tidy by storing bookdown files in a folder called "bookdown" and setting the output to "docs" for integration with github.io website deployment.
