Changes include:
update getParkBoundary function due to new IRMA data store link.
add raster_puller(), nldi_finder(), and nldi_meta() functions made by @kathryn-willi to source directory
update listNWIS.R to not include UNIT_CODE in st_join() function because it limits AOI to a specific park unit unnecessarily
added text to IMR CCVA_Report.RMD
added stats and functions to CCVA_Processing.RMD script
New files include:
Rainfall_runoff_data_prep.R script that uses existing functions to prepare and save data for rainfall-runoff modeling
rainfall_runoff_ihacres.R script that performs rainfall-runoff modeling and parameter optimization (calibration) using IHACRES routing functions.
src/fit_fun.R fitting function that takes parameters as arguments for ihacres routing function and returns objective function. Will eventually update to take in any function as an argument.
src/ihacres_routing_gw.R routing function based off IHACRES 2-store model with added groundwater loss term.
src/get30yearWBMGridmet.R. work-in-progress function to get 30 year statistic WBM raster for AOI. Discussed updates with @kathryn-willi
