Formatting edits to report #69

The main edits to the report include cleaning up the tables (switched to flextable) and edited the park water supply map. I also added in the NRR word template but it wasn't working properly so stuck with using the original (now named _CCRP) template for now.

I also have some files in scratch you can ignore.
