Added some code in 01-organize_raw_data.Rmd which adds a function to add a verification column to the flagged_data.
Altered the plot generation functions to accept NULL as a flag option so that you are able display all of the flags for a site-param df.
Added the file remove_flag_method.R because what I was trying to do didn't work in .Rmd file. This file works after you run 01-organize_raw_data.Rmd so that you have all the data available in your environment.
I am very open to suggestions and ideas for this portion. I don't love how I selected the dfs to verify the flags, but it was the easiest way to pull the data from what we had already.
I am also struggling to alter the dfs of interest with this method, also open to ideas here.
