We should focus on converting this project to targets before we continue to develop anymore. There is enough interaction across files that it would be useful to get this done before we start plugging in our code to the FC system.

Quick progress report:

API pull portion of the workflow has been converted to targets, but we still need to figure out how to append the data to the historical data.
Will move on to converting the QAQC portion of the workflow to targets in the next days.

Update:

QAQC portion has been converted to targets. Tomorrow I will open up a branch in the main repo to see how bad the merge is going to be and then fix that.
Will focus on appending process in the next days.
