Adding to PR from yesterday. Bounds are no longer user inputed but are selected by the WQ data being inputed.
Individual frames are now saved in photo_plotter_output in the folder named by user input. The finished TL videos should be saved under the same name but in the finished_tl folder.
Stilll having the ffmpeg issues so lmk if you figure those out :)
