HTML tags showing up in iCal event notes #6

HTML tags are appearing in the iCal event notes, which doesn’t seem intentional:

It would also be great to add some emojis to the iCal events, similar to what’s used on Mastodon — they add a lot of charm!

Thanks for reporting this! The calendar is just a Google Calendar subscription link, so I suspect this might be something to do with differences between how iCal and Google Calendar handle descriptions.

I'll look into it, and the emoji suggestion (good idea!) too.
