For now users can create projects and put the details of project to the Project Creation Form.

For now, we could enter big project description but it looks: long text in one line no WYSIWYG editor

Expected result: entering text to box shows in kinda text "wrapped" mode primitive WYSIWYG will help to make more stylish projects

I'll look forward to add WYSIWYG — and, in the meantime, multi-line edit has just been merged into develop (will redeploy now)
