Add tip to README about Gmail's mute feature #24

This is actually pretty handy for noisy threads that I want to deal with, but all at once a few hours later.

And while I'm in there, consistently capitalize the name of the Tickler script.

If you have a second email account, you can test this by bcc'ing yourself on the subsequent emails to the thread. This out-smarts the now-default Smart Mute feature.

So even if a thread is muted, the tickler restore will make it visible again? Neat!

Yep! The moveToInbox method seems to also remove the is:Muted state from the thread.
